Mary L. Gilman, 65, of Belmont, NH was granted her angel wings on December 2nd in Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon after a long-term illness surrounded by her family. Her strength, determination, courage that was demonstrated during this time was very amazing.
She was born on March 3, 1955, in Manchester, NH and adopted by Ernest G. Gilman and June R. Gilman of Franklin, NH.
She attended Franklin High School and then went in the United States Army where she served in the Military Police. Mary was very proud of her service to our country. Later she received her Associates Degree in Business Management from NHTI in Concord, NH.
She especially loved traveling, most of all to Ogunquit, ME, where she spent time at the ocean. She loved spending time with her family and friends, watching football and eating good food.
She is survived by her beloved wife, Deborah A. Gilman and their fur child “Rex” of Belmont, NH; her daughters, Erin E. Gilman and her fiancé Rick Taylor of Belmont, NH and Cindy Maine and her husband Brett Maine of Bow, NH; her son John Green and his wife Heather Green of Worcester, VT. Her brother Ernest C. Gilman of Franconia, NH. Her 5 granddaughters Miranda, Ashley, Kaitlynn, Samantha and Rozelyn. Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is predeceased by her parents Ernest G. Gilman and June R. Gilman.
She will be missed greatly and loved deeply by her family and friends.
