Manchester- William J. Tsirovakas ( Billy), 60 of Manchester , died Oct. 17, 2015 in his sleep after a long term illness. Bill was born in Kastraki, Greece on Jan. 12, 1955, The son of Zoe (Fousias) and the late John Tsirovakas, both also of Greece. Upon his immigration, Bill, as he was known to his friends, served his adopted country in the U.S. Army, and was honorably discharged. After his service, Bill was employed through the years as a car salesman, then at the VA Medical Center as a painter, the position he retired from. During his free time he enjoyed the outdoors, trips to the beach, shooting pool, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren. A lifelong Boston sports fan, he enjoyed watching the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics. A spirited man, he lived life to the fullest, and enjoyed every minute of it. He is survived by his four children: Amie Tsirovakas, her fiancée, Justin Holle of Branson. MO; Erika Tsirovakas of Florida; William Tsirovakas of Eureka Springs, AR; Erik Machos of Manchester, NH, and his three grandchildren: Haiden, Baylee and Trey. He is also survived by his two siblings: brother Hercules Tsirovakas and wife Constance of Epsom NH; sister Athena Gallos and husband Kosta of Greece; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews . He will be laid to rest at the New Hampshire Veteran's Cemetery in Boscawen NH, with full military honors. A private service will be held for immediate family.
