Walter J. Wythe Jr.

Walter "Joe" J. Wythe Jr, 78 of Hill, passed away peacefully at his home on November 1, 2025. He was born on July 2, 1947 in Massachusetts, to Hazel and Walter Wythe Sr.

Known to family and friends as Joe, he was a man who loved the outdoors. He spent countless days fishing and hunting and found great joy in sharing those moments with the people he loved most. Joe's kindness, humor and easygoing nature left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife Kathy Wythe; his children, Carol Wythe, Pam Laliberte and husband Andrew Laliberte, Joseph Wythe, and Walter Wythe III; his five grandchildren, Samantha, Danielle, Kayleanna, Stephanie, and Kyle; and seven great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.
