Rudy Chapley

Biography Franklin, NH Mr. Rudy A. Chapley, 65, of Franklin, died at Concord Hospital on Oct. 24, 2013. Rudy was born in Franklin on April 14, 1948 the son of Anthony and Caroline (Mathaisell) Chapley. He was a lifelong Franklin resident and attended local schools. Several years ago, Rudy work for the JP Stevens Co., Scott & Williams, Colburn & Camp, and at Britt's Department store in Concord as shoe dept. manager. He owned and operated Chapley's Shoe Store in Franklin for over 20 years. Family members include his wife of 45 years, Carol (Duhamel) Chapley of Franklin, 2 daughters, Tina Judd and her husband Kevin of Hill, and Nicole Reed and her husband Charles Reed, Jr. of Franklin, 3 grandsons, Arron, Adam, and Evan. Visiting hours will be held Monday, Oct. 28th from 6:00-8:00 pm at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin, NH.
