Franklin, NH Mr. Robert A. Poisson, 86, of Moultonborough, formerly of Franklin, died at Golden View Health Care Center in Meredith on Aug. 31, 2015. He was born in Franklin on Dec. 3, 1928 the son of Louis and Roseanna (Beaupre) Poisson. Bob was raised in Franklin graduating from Franklin High School in 1947. In 1948, he lived in Hartford, CT working as a developer for Loring Studios. Bob entered the US Air Force in 1949 serving in the Korean War as a Staff Sgt. until 1952. After his military service, he returned to Franklin working at Hudson Overhead Door for 18 years. He later worked for Prescott Homes in Meredith and Mooney Construction in Belmont until retirement. Bob was a communicant of St. Paul Church in Franklin and was husband of the late Pauline (Croteau) Poisson who died in 1998. He enjoyed woodworking and reading, especially the Sunday paper. Family members include his son: Wayne T. Poisson and wife Mary of Franklin, two daughters: Pamela Grzelak and husband Stephen of Moultonborough, and Donna Tomaszewski and husband Andrew of Franklin, 6 grandchildren: Brandon Weinert, Matthew Grzelak, Nicole Bonfiglio, Mark Grzelak, Patrick Weinert, and Michael Grzelak, 9 great grandchildren, a sister, Rita Beldon of FL, and nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased a brother, Norman Poisson and a sister, Theresa Brake. A visiting hour will be held Friday (Sept.4, 2015) morning from 9:30 - 10:30 at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin.
