Rita Twombly

Hollis, NH Mrs. Rita M. Twombly, 95, of Hollis, died on April 8, 2012. Mrs. Twombly was born in Greenville, NH on March 12, 1917 the daughter of Antonio and Theophyta (Lamontagne) Denoncour. She was raised in Franklin and graduated from Franklin High School. Mrs. Twombly later resided in Stratford, Nashua, and Milford. Prior to her marriage, she worked for New England Telephone Co. in Franklin. After raising her family, she was employed as an administrative assistant by Fenton-Keyes Associates in Nashua. Mrs. Twombly was the widow of Robert J. Twombly who died in 1999. Family members include her son, James Twombly and his wife Cynthia of Eastman, 4 daughters: Anne Faiola and her husband Ralph of Gloucester, MA, Judith Reynolds of LeMesa, CA, Kathleen Crooker and her husband John of Mason, and Patricia Parker of Manchester, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter, two step grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 3 brothers: Maurice, Henry, Raymond Denoncour and a great grandson from California. Funeral services will be held Wednesday (April 11th) at 10 am in Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin, NH. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
