Raymond C. "Razor" Cilley, 66, of Tilton died at Concord Hospital on March 20, 2023.
He was born in Franklin on March 15, 1957 the son of Howard A. Cilley, Sr. and Valerie (Bighley) Cilley. Ray was raised in Tilton and later also resided in North Carolina and Maine.
He was a self-employed tattoo artist.
He enjoyed riding the "bikes", attending PowWows, travelling, and spending time with his friends.
Family members include his mother, Valerie Cilley of Tilton, 2 sons, Razor Raymond Cilley of Gilford and Randy Cilley of Franklin, grandchildren Joseph, James, and Jesse, his sister, Rosanne Cilley of Tilton and brother Douglas Cilley of Thailand, and nieces and nephews.
