Ray Wescott

OBITUARY Northfield, NH Ray R. ""Chic"" Westcott, 57, of Northfield, died at his home on March 9, 2012. He was born in Laconia on June 5, 1954 the son of Ronald R. Westcott and Shirley (Lapointe) Wescott. Ray was raised in Franklin and was a graduate of Franklin High School. He also completed two years at UNH. Ray was a longtime employee of Pike Industries and was last employed as produce manager at Sam's Club in Concord for over 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, skiing, and working in his gardens. Family members include his loving companion of 20 years, Vicky Chase of Northfield and her son Gary P. Chase of Loudon, his mother, Shirley Wescott of Franklin, brother Carl W. Wescott of Franklin, his mom's brother, Bob Lapointe and his wife Pam of Laconia, his mom's sister, Irene Caruso of Laconia, Vicky's 3 sisters, Genia Sanborn of Milford, Pam Grenier of NC, and Sherry Isabelle of Northfield, and cousins. Ray was predeceased by his father, who died in 1975, and his sister, Dorothy J. Wescott who died in 1977. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, March 13th from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at Paquette-Neun Funeral Home, 104 Park St., Northfield, NH 03276. A service will be held at 4:00.
