OBITUARY Franklin, NH Marlene S. Sargent, 68, of Franklin, died at Merrimack County Nursing Home on July 15, 2015. She was born in Franklin on April 3, 1947 the daughter of Emile Doucette and Kathleen (Eno) Doucette. Marlene resided in Franklin all of her life. Several years ago, she was employed at Polyclad and Webster Valve. She later worked at Cardiac Associates in Concord and at Franklin VNA as a home care provider. She enjoyed gardening, watching and feeding the birds, and hunting and fishing with her husband. Family members include her husband of 37 years, Floyd E. Sargent, Sr. of Franklin, 2 daughters: Lisa Coulmbe of Concord and Juanita Joyce of VA, 3 stepsons: a son, Floyd E. Sargent, Jr. of Concord, Wayne Sargent of Concord, twins Danny and David Jenkins of VA, a brother: Lawrence McConnell of Claremont, 5 sisters: Sylvia Mitchell of Chichester, Linda Hamel of Loudon, Helen Branigan of Webster, Eleanor Oullette of Penacook, and Joanne Huntley of Arkansas, and nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 11 am in Hope Chapel, 108 Hill Rd., Franklin. A celebration will follow at Franklin VFW Post #1698, Peabody Place, Franklin from 12-4:00 pm. Interment will be in Webster Place Cemetery, Franklin at a later date. Thibault-Neun Funeral Home in Franklin is assisting Marlene's family with arrangement.
