Mark Trudell, Jr

Franklin, NH?. Mark ""Sonny""C. Trudell, Jr., 79, of Franklin, died at his home on April 21, 2010. He was born in Lunenburg, VT on Aug. 5, 1930 the son of Mark C. and Beatrice E. (Annis) Trudell, Sr. Mr. Trudell resided in Riverside, CA for over 30 years before moving to Franklin where his lived for 30 years. During the Korean War, he served in the US Navy for three years. While in California, he worked at Rohr Corporation in Riverside for 32 years prior to retiring. He loved the outdoors especially gardening and fishing for white perch. Mr. Trudell also enjoyed playing poker. Family members include his wife of 56 years, Blanche (Caron) Trudell of Franklin, 5 children: Mary Anne Campbell of Oceanside, CA, Mark Charles Trudell III, both of Riverside, CA, Roger Alan Trudell of Southington, CT, Beatrice Elaine Lucas of Riner, VA, and Timothy John Trudell of Oceanside, CA., 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, a brother, Joe Roger Trudell of North Woodstock, a sister, Lois Conway of Lincoln, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services with Military Honors will be held Monday, April 26th at 10:00 am at NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Trudell may be made to Franklin VNA & Hospice, 75 Chestnut St., Franklin, NH 03235.
