Lucille ""Tillie"" Bonk Pouliot

Franklin, NH Mrs. Lucille "Tillie" Bonk Pouliot, 94, a former Franklin resident, died at Merrimack County Nursing Home on Dec. 9, 2014. She was born in Woodsville on June 10, 1920 the daughter of Merton and Phoebe (Ross) Homans. Tillie lived most of her life in Franklin. Tillie was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and homemaker. In her later years, she also worked at the Merrimack County Nursing Home, sharing her kindness and compassion with the patients. Tillie most enjoyed time with her family, especially summers on Webster Lake, visits to the Maine Coast, and years of joyful Holidays spent with her children and grandchildren. Tillie was an active member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Franklin. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Bonk and children Robert and Linda. Tillie was the mother of Patricia (Alvin) Hise, Wanda (Bruce) Pierce, Stanley Bonk, Jr., Herbert (Rhonda) Bonk, and Mary (Tuggy) Yamauchi, grandmother of Jennifer, Joshua, Otto, Trevor, Trenton, and Hunter, and great grandmother of Molly and Sylvia, and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her husband, Ovilla Pouliot. A Mass celebrating Tillie's life will be held Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 at 11 am in St. Paul Church. Visitation will be held at the Church from 10 -11:00. Spring burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tillie may be made to the Edna McKenna Fund (for patient activities at Merrimack County Nursing Home) 325 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, NH 03303. Thibault-Neun Funeral Home in Franklin ( www.neunfuneralhomes.com ) is assisting with arrangements.
