Linda Davidson

Franklin, NH Linda A. Davidson, 64, of Franklin, died at her home surrounded by family and friends on April 4, 2013 following a short illness. She was born in Franklin on March 9, 1949 the daughter of John Langdon Prescott, Jr. and Miriam (Keniston) Prescott. Linda was a lifetime Franklin resident and was a graduate of Franklin High School, Class of 1967. She continued her education at Plymouth State College where she received her teaching degree. Several years ago, she taught at the former St. Mary School. Linda was currently teaching second grade at Paul Smith School and taught within SAU 18 for many years. She loved teaching and education, and was a finalist for NH Teacher of the Year several times. Linda was a member of the NEA. She loved reading, knitting, and spending time in the pool. Family members include her husband of 40 years, Gary P. Davidson of Franklin, her son and his wife, Derek and Keri Davidson of Franklin, 3 grandchildren, Madison Constant, Rylee Constant, and Morgan Davidson, and her mother, Miriam Prescott of Franklin. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, April 9th from 5-8:00 pm at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin, NH. A Celebration of Linda's life will be held on June 22nd at the Family Homestead in Franklin at a time to be announced.
