Kathy Fowler

Northfield, NH Kathy J. Fowler, 55, of Northfield, Lost a long and difficult battle with cancer and died at her home on Dec. 31, 2012. Kathy was born in Concord on Dec. 7, 1957 the daughter of Richard H. Decato Sr. and Sarah (Lawrence) Decato. She is the youngest of six children and was raised in Concord and also resided in Loudon. Kathy resided in Northfield since 1988. She enjoyed outdoor activities including boating, snowmobiling, and especially spending time motorcycling with her husband and friends. Kathy also participated in the housewives bowling league in Concord. Family members include her husband of 39 years, C. Doug Fowler of Northfield, her son Chris Fowler Jr. and his wife Christine, both of Laconia, a grandson, Devin Douglas Fowler of Laconia, her mother, Sarah Decato of Canterbury, 3 brothers: Gordon Tardiff, Tracy Leonard and wife Tiffany of Northfield, Richard H. Decato Jr. and wife Susan of Canterbury, 2 sisters, Laura Roberts and husband Butch of Concord, and Annie Ribeiro and husband Steve of Mansfield, MA, and nieces and nephews. Kathy also had many close friends in the area that she considered family. She was predeceased by her father, Richard, who died in 1983. A celebration of Kathy's life will be held at a later date.
