Kathryn A. Nelson, 63, of Franklin, died unexpectedly at Concord Hospital on Aug. 10. 2020.
She was born in Hartford, CT on Jan. 28, 1957 the daughter of Eugene and Betty (Calabrese) Sullivan. Kathy attended Manchester Community College, earning her Associates' degree. She later continued her studies at the Charter Oak State College, earning her Bachelor's degree.
She resided in Franklin since 2017.
Kathy enjoyed baking from time to time, cracking jokes with those close to her, taking care of the cats she cared for, gardening, and reading books that would catch her interest. She also enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Caitlin, from watching movies, playing with their cats, or simply talking together.
Her husband, Russell G. Nelson, Jr. died in 2017.
Family members include her daughter, Caitlin, of Franklin.
Services will be private.
