Kathryn Ruth Lavigne

Kathryn R. Lavigne, 74, of Franklin, died at her home on Dec. 4, 2023.
She was born in Franklin on Oct. 12, 1949 the daughter of Allen and Dorothy (Morrill) Cilley.
Kathy was raised in Franklin and attended local schools later graduated from Franklin Pierce College. She enjoyed playing games at the Saturday family gatherings, taking walks, playing Bingo, and making crafts.
Kathy was employed as Chief Accountant for Community Action of Merrimack County for 25 years. She attended Living Hope Community Church in Penacook.
Family members include her husband, Raymond S. Gardner of Franklin and his children: April Gardner of Manchester and Scott Gardner of Concord and grandchildren Kirsten and Jaida, Nicki Aubert who she loved as a daughter, siblings: Patricia Chase, Virginia Fecteau, Glenn Cilley, and Karl Grant, and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Frank H. Lavigne, her parents, and siblings Wayne Cilley, Beverly Chapman Sargent, Emma Sharon, Charlotte Sutton, and Evelyn Hurd.
Visiting hours will be held on Dec. 16, 2023 from 2-4 pm at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin. Spring burial will be in Franklin Cemetery. Following the visiting hours, a potluck gathering will be held at Peabody Place, 24 Peabody Place, Franklin.
