Joseph Herve Belliveau, 88, of Franklin, died on Sept. 10, 2021.
He was born in Franklin on March 8, 1933 the son of Herve and Eva (Bergeron) Belliveau. Joe graduated from Franklin High School in 1951. After graduation, he served in the US Coast Guard from 1952 until 1956. Following the service, he studied engineering and graduated from UNH in 1962.
Joe worked for Northeast Utilities in Connecticut for several years as an engineer until retiring.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing golf often on a small course he maintained on his property.
Family members include his sister, Rita Boudreau, sister-in-law, Lorraine Belliveau of Tilton, 5 nephews, 2 nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 at 11:00 in St. Paul Church in Franklin. A visitation will be at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin from 9:30 until 10:30 am. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Franklin.
