John Corneau

Biography John M. Corneau (Uncle Buck), 60, of Belmont, formerly of Northfield, died at Hospice House in Concord on Sept. 28, 2016. He was born in Franklin on Oct. 18, 1955 the son of George S. Corneau, Sr. and Lillian "Chicky" (Marchand) Corneau. He grew up in Franklin and later resided in Northfield. He graduated from Winnisquam Regional High School in 1973. John previously worked at Surrette Battery in Northfield and for the last 20 years was employed at Walmart in Tilton. He enjoyed fishing snowmobiling, and off road ATV's. John collected remote control cars. Spending time with his nieces and nephews was always a pleasure for John. He is survived by a sister, Cheryl Cullen, a brother, George Corneau, Jr., and many nieces and nephews who lovingly called him "Uncle Buck." John was predeceased by his parents, a sister, Bonnie Tilton, and brothers Jim and Bruce Corneau. Visiting hours will be held Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016 from 5-7 pm at Paquette-Neun Funeral Home, 104 Park St., Northfield. A graveside service will be held Friday, Oct. 7th at 10 am in Holy Cross Cemetery, Franklin.
