Joan Laro

Northfield Joan M. Laro, 62, of Northfield, died at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester on June 25, 2015. She was born in Franklin the daughter of James and Ida (Yeaton) Harris. Joan was raised in Northfield where she attended local schools. She enjoyed crocheting, feeding and watching the birds, flower gardening, and especially spending time and playing with her nieces and nephews. Family members include her mother, Ida Harris of Franklin, 6 siblings: Charles Harris of Northfield, William Harris of Destin, FL, Diane Nugent of Concord, James Harris of Franklin, Raymond Harris of Tilton, and Dottie Harris of Northfield, her roommate, Gary Nilges of Northfield, best friend, James Laro, of Northfield, and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 1-3:00 pm at Paquette-Neun Funeral Home, 104 Park St., Northfield. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 at Park Cemetery, Tilton.
