Gloria Yeo

Franklin, NH Mrs. Gloria F. Yeo, 88, of Franklin, died at Franklin Regional Hospital on Dec. 25, 2014. She was born in Northfield, NH on July 15, 1926 the daughter of Ruth Robinson. Mrs. Yeo was raised in Northfield where she attended local schools. She was proud of the fact that she earned her GED later in life. She resided in Franklin with her husband, Robert A. Yeo who died in 2002. She had been employed at Hunter Hosiery in Laconia, NH and at the Sulloway Hosiery Store in Franklin, NH. She also ran and later owned the Mountain View Grocery Store on New Hampton Road in Franklin, NH, She enjoyed spending time with her family, knitting, crocheting and making jig saw puzzles. Gloria was a communicant of St. Paul Church. Family members include her two sons: David R. Yeo of Franklin and Thomas M. Yeo and his wife Katherine of Tilton, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a half-sister, Louise Brown of Florida, sisters in law, Veronica Puffinburger of Salisbury, NH and Mildred Dillon of Franklin, NH, her brother in law Gene Calley of Franklin, NH, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Gloria Yeo Beaupre who died in 1995. A funeral service will be held at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin, on Friday, Jan. 2, 2015 at 7:00 pm.
