Twin Mountain - Frances Louise Seale, 86, died November 16, 2008 at Franklin Regional Hospital. Fran was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, February 23, 1922, to Robert and Mary Burns. In 1939, she married her husband Frederick K. Seale, Sr. They made their home and raised 6 children in Farmington, NH. She worked for many years at the shoe factory in Farmington. She and her husband retired to Twin Mountain, where they made their new home in 1977. Fran was also employed at the Bretton Woods Resort and Santa?s Village. She was a member of the Twin Mountain Ladies? Club. She enjoyed many years of pitch tournaments, bingo, and card games with family and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Fred who died in 1985; her daughter Margaret A. Davis of Franklin; her brother Raymond Burns of Florida; her sister Mary Hawks of Maine; and her dear friend Barbara Harris of Twin Mountain. She is survived by her children, a son Frederick ?Sonny? Seale, Jr. of Rochester; daughters Frances M. Leighton of Enfield; Mary Furbish of New York; Dorothy ?Peanut? Wright of Twin Mountain; Elizabeth ?Betty? Ferland of Rochester. Three sisters, Dorothy Smith of Texas; Marie Gray of Dover; Margaret Hunt of Monroe; as well as many Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren and Great-great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be held at The Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin Street in Franklin on Saturday, November 22, 2008 from 9:00 ? 11:00 am with funeral services at 11:00. Burial will at the Straw Cemetery in Twin Mountain around 1:30. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Mountain Ridge Nursing Home, 7 Baldwin Street, Franklin, NH c/o the Activities Department.
