Emma Sharon

Franklin, NH Mrs. Emma L. Sharon, 72, of Concord, former longtime resident of Franklin, died at Concord Hospital on Dec. 17, 2013. She was born in Franklin on July 15, 1941 the daughter of Allen and Dorothy (Morrill) Cilley. She was a member of Franklin High School Class of 1959. Emma was employed for over 20 years by the State of NH lastly in Revenue Administration retiring in 2002. She was active with the Franklin Opera House as well as the Ken Furnald Music Ministry where she was a member of their Board. Emma attended Hope Community Chapel in Franklin. Emma loved to read. Family members include her husband of 32 years, Robert F. Sharon of Concord, 2 children, Allen W. Avery of NC and Barbara M. Gordon and her husband Kevin of Goffstown, 2 grandchildren, Christopher Roten of NC and Shannon Segraves of NC, 9 brothers and sisters, Charlotte Sutton of Stockton, CA, Beverly Chapman, Evelyn Hurd, and Wayne Cilley, all of Franklin, Karl E. Grant of Concord, Patricia Chase of Franklin, Glenn Cilley of Hill, Virginia Fecteau and Kathy Lavigne, both of Franklin, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014 at 11:00 am at Hope Community Chapel, 108 Hill Rd., Franklin, NH. Spring burial will be in Webster Place Cemetery, Franklin.
