BEAUPRE, ELIZABETH J. SANBORNTON-Elizabeth ""Beth"" Beaupre 80, of New Hampton Rd, died Friday March 5, 2010 at the Pyareo Home in Sanbornton. She was born in Franklin, the daughter of John and Ida (Auger) Sheehan. Beth was raised in Sanbornton and attended local schools and then studied at the Currier Art Institute, focusing on painting. She began working at clothing stores in Tilton until she married Lt. Col. Raymond A. Beaupre, US Army Ret. in 1952. Beth and Ray lived on Military bases until 1960, when she returned to Sanbornton to raise there children. For a few years she had worked at the National Security Agency in Ft. Mead, MD. Following his retirement he returned to Sanbornton to join the family. When Mrs. Beaupre was not busy with family, she was very active with the Sanbornton Historical Society. Family members include her husband Lt. Col. Raymond Beaupre, US Army Ret. of Sanbornton, one son: Curtis J. Beaupre and two daughters: Sally N. Gallagher and Melissa B. Anderson all of Sanbornton; six grandchildren: Ian Gallagher, Parker Beaupre, Lea Emery, Gary R. Anderson, Leonard Emery, and Ethan Anderson and one brother Thomas Sheehan of Campton. Services-There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 10:00 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 16 Chestnut St., Tilton. Burial will be held in the spring in St. John Cemetery in Tilton.
