E. Adele Anderson, 93, of Londonderry, died at CMC in Manchester on Aug. 19, 2022. She was born in Somerville, MA on Nov. 4, 1928 the daughter of Herbert and Elsie (Spear) Roberts. She is the beloved wife of George Anderson for 48 years.
In her earlier years Adele worked as a secretary in Boston for The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. When retired, they moved to South Dennis, MA. Adele and George were members of the Christ Chapel in Centerville, MA. Eight years ago, they relocated to be closer to family. Adele loved her family including her many nieces and nephews and friends. She also loved her Church family of Carriagetown Bible where she was a member.
She is survived by her husband, George, dedicated mom to Jean McGillick of MA, Pegge Carlson and husband Richard of NH, predeceased by her son Bob Kearney of WA., loving "Ma"/ " Grandma" to Richard Carlson, III and wife Faythe of TN, Shawn Carlson and wife Sarah of TN, Krysta Halloran and husband Michael of NH, Katie Narinian and husband Jason of MA, Allison Cotto and husband Phil of MA, Melinda Kearney of CA, Deanna Kearney of CA, Rob Kearney of WA, stepdaughters Janet Anderson and Holly Anderson of MA, and loving great grandmother.
She was predeceased by her brother, George Roberts, and sisters Arline Howe, Virginia Nelson, and Azora Crose.
She will be remembered by her daily bible reading and daily praying. She knew Jesus as her Saviour and is now at home with him. We will miss her dearly.
A private service will be held at NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.
