Dorothy Riley

Franklin, NH?.. Dorothy F. Riley, 83, of 55 Damy Dr., Franklin, died at Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen on May 17, 2010. She was born in Northfield on March 27, 1927 the daughter of James and Irene (Brown) Vangjel. Dorothy was raised in Northfield and resided in Franklin most of her life. She was formerly employed at Merrimack County Nursing Home. Dorothy was a member of VFW Post 1698 Ladies Auxillary. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, James R. Riley who died in 2008 and her daughter, Dottie Riley, who died in 2005. Family members include her siblings, Katherine Vangjel of Franklin, Leo Vangjel of Texas, Marion Nowak of Franklin, and Lillian Belisle of Sanford, ME, and several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Tilton. Thibault-Neun Funeral Home in Franklin is assisting with arrangement details.
