Dorothy Macauley

OBITUARY Mrs. Dorothy Macauley, 87, formerly of Roslindale, MA, died in Franklin, NH on March 9, 2012. She was born in Somerville, MA on June 7, 1924 the daughter of William and Catherine (McGrath) Gorman. Mrs. Macauley was a registered Nurse having schooled at the Somerville Hospital School of Nursing. She worked at West Roxbury VA Hospital and Mass General. She was widow of William Ward Macauley who died in 1982. Her family includes 2 sons: Bradford Macauley of Weare and Stephen Macauley of Norwood, MA, and a daughter, Pam. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, March 13th at 10 am in St. Paul Church, School St., Franklin. Burial will be in Bourne (MA) National Cemetery.
