Biography David Allen Dufield, sr., 62, of Salisbury, passed away at his home suddenly on Jan. 11, 2017. He was born in Lebanon the son of Clarence L. Dufield, Sr. and Lucille (Lower) Dufield. David was a graduate of Merrimack Valley High School in 1972. He worked at Webster Valve in Franklin for 27 years and later at Continental Machine in Andover for four years. He last worked at Sturm, Ruger & Co. in Newport for three years. He enjoyed bowling, riding his motorcycle, and playing computer games. Family members include his wife, Lynn, his daughter, Heather, and son David, Jr. One of five children, he is survived by siblings, Clarence, Jr. and his wife Linda of VA, Ray and his wife Sherri of Franklin, Freda Edwards of Webster, and Donna Dufield of Tilton, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. Donations in memory of Mr. Dufield may be made to the NH Humane Society, 1305 Meredith Ctr. Rd., Laconia, NH 03246.
