Bruce Mcdonald

Bruce E McDonald, Sr.,72, lifelong resident of Franklin, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on November 13,2023.
He was born September 7,1951 in Franklin, the son of Roland and Evelyn (Keyser) McDonald.
He was an Employee for the City of Franklin for 20 + years until retirement. Everyone knows Bruce couldn't just sit around after retirement, so then went on to work at J & B Landscaping, driving "HIS" truck until July of 2023. Bruce Enjoyed going fishing, tinkering with small engine repairs, you would always find him outside tinkering with lawn mowers, snow blowers, you name he fixed it. He enjoyed having coffee with the guys at Bow Street Garage.
His family members include his wife Marie (Herbert) McDonald of Franklin, his children: Mark A. Laplante of Pembroke Ma, Amy McDonald of Barnstead, Tonya Chapman of Belmont, Ashley Lyn McDonald of Franklin, and Bruce McDonald, Jr. of Franklin. several Grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, his sister Gerry Atwood of Franklin, brothers Wayne McDonald Sr. and his wife Brenda of Andover, Sid McDonald and his wife Dawn of Franklin, and too many to count nieces and nephews,
He was predeceased by his parents, and siblings: Winnie Mansfield, Roland (Butchie)McDonald, Jr., John McDonald, Raymond (Peanut) McDonald, Brian McDonald, and Budd McDonald.
