Beryl Norton

Mrs. Beryl E. Norton, 85, of Allenstown, formerly of Tilton, died at Concord Hospital on Oct. 26, 2014. She was born in Fremont, NH on July 27, 1929 the daughter of Jenness and Emma (Rand) Brown. She lived in Auburn, NH for several years before moving to Tilton in 1979. She resided in Allenstown for two years. Beryl was employed at Beede Electric in Belmont for many years prior to retirement in 1991. She enjoyed flea markets and yard sales, stamp collecting, and latch hooking. Her husband, Richard A. Norton, died Nov. 24, 2003. Family members include, her brother, Robert Brown and his wife Shirley of Bow, a niece, Patricia Derkaz of Allenstown, and grandnephews and nieces. A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014 at Park Cemetery, West Main St., Tilton. There are no visiting hours.
