Patricia C. Vigue passed away at home on July 27th, 2024, with her loved ones around her. Patty was born November 8th, 1954, at Laconia Hospital. She was the daughter of William Neill and Doris Jenness.
Patty married the love of her life, Ernie. Patty made an impressive career for herself, spending 18 years moving up the ranks and making wonderful friends as kitchen supervisor at Merrimack County Nursing Home. When she wasn’t hard at work, Patty could be found enjoying one of several passions in life like creating something homemade for an upcoming craft fair or baking something delicious.
Patty was also an avid bingo player. Attending regularly with her Bingo Buddies. Patty’s greatest joy in life was enjoying time with her family. She and her four sisters had a special bond and Patty loved to spend a weekend visiting whenever she got a chance. Her time was often filled with family and friends enjoying a spirited game of cards, and good company. Of course, no holiday gathering could be complete without Patty’s famous saucy meatballs.
Patty had a fierce love for life and the little things. The first to stand up and take the dance floor at the wedding. She loved to have fun. A reminder to live each moment like it’s your last. Dance in the rain.
Patty is survived by her husband, Ernest Vique, her children, Christina Thompson and husband John Thompson, he son Corey Vigue, 6 grandchildren, Anthony Barton and his wife Shawna Barton, Patrick Barton, Nicholas Barton, Caleb Vigue, Braden Vigue, Halie Turner, Kaitlyn Vigue, two great grandchildren, Gunner Barton and Paisley Vigue, also her four sisters, Barbara Rayno of Meredith, Mary Wright of New Hampton, Alice Jenness and Rob from Hebron, Brenda Foskett and husband Phil Foskett of Washington, NH, lots of wonderful nieces and nephews, also her sister-law Jeanne Aubut and husband Vic Aubut, brothers-in-law, Joe Vigue and wife Diane, and Edward “Chick” Vigue.
