Shawn Cornell

Biography Shawn P. Cornell, 35, of Franklin, died at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia on June 28, 2016. He was born in Clarion, PA on Sept. 18, 1980 the son of Donald Cornell and Lorrie Dubia. Shawn attended schools in Franklin and was a 1999 graduate of Franklin High School. He formerly worked at Beau Trusses in Boscawen, Hannaford's in Franklin, and lastly J. Jill in Tilton. Shawn loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed playing baseball with his three beautiful girls, camping, hitting golf balls, and peanut butter cups. Family members include his wife Abbigail (Dukette) Cornell of Franklin, 3 beloved daughters: Alyssa Cornell, Brooke Cornell, and Lily Cornell, all of Franklin, his mother, Lorrie Dubia of Arnold, PA, father, Donald Cornell of Concord, maternal grandmother, Sandra Dubia of New Bethlehem, PA, paternal grandmother, Alberta Cornell of Searsport, ME, a sister: Christina Falkowsky and husband Ted of Arnold, PA, 2 brothers: Jeremy Cornell and wife Carrie of Danbury, Matthew Cornell and wife Amanda of Concord, companion, Dawn Vezina of Franklin, and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Mindy Kay McKissick who died in 1983. Visiting hours will be held Friday, July 1, 2016 from 4-6 pm at Thibault-Neun Funeral Home, 143 Franklin St., Franklin.
